I had to make a critique about this journal for two reasons, first of all because I felt it needed some recognition and second of all it I wanted my watchers to see it.

The choice of the different photos is really well done, they all are beautiful in their own specific ways furthermore the fact that they are not just "there" but that they also serve to show a story is achieved magnificently.
As for the message itself while it is not original it isn't bad either to remind everyone that whatever is happening to them they can get, they can get better.
Finally, the choice of the music on top of that is perfect, it doesn't distract you from the journal and the pictures while still adding to the overall impact of this piece.
